Summary:
DTTL People Insights team supporting Deloitte Global is looking for a technical, curious, ambitious and innovative individual to join its growing team.
This team’s mission is centered around providing actionable insights to its clients so that they can make informed decisions regarding its people. And we do that by transforming data to “tell the story” – both visually and verbally.
This individual will work closely with other team members across reporting, analytics, technology and HR on a regular basis. Having full knowledge and expertise about the full life-cycle of HR is critical in this role as we support all areas within HR, including HR Business Advisors, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Engagement, Learning & Development and our Leadership team.
The team provides a full suite of services to its clients: from providing technical expertise, to publishing and visualizing an analysis, to accurately communicating insights and delivering content in a meaningful way.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reports, analyses, and insights to business leaders in a timely and accurate manner.
- · Analyze trends across people, business, and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- · Apply structured problem-solving and critical thinking to interpret complex data and support business decision-making.
- · Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, frame issues, and provide consultative recommendations.
- · Manage multiple projects and report deliverables across stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, priorities, and outcomes.
- · Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate findings, implications, and recommended actions.
- · Use storytelling techniques to translate data into compelling narratives for leadership audiences.
- · Synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, insight-driven updates, reports, and presentations.
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs, align priorities, and improve decision support.
- · Proactively identify trends, business challenges, and improvement opportunities through ongoing analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- · Support leadership discussions by preparing clear summaries, presentation materials, and talking points tied to data insights.
Required for this position:
· 4 - 6 years of operational experience in Reporting & Analytics (Preferably HR), business insights, project coordination, consulting or a related role
· Strong consulting skillset, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, issue framing, and recommendation development
· Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting data and generating business-relevant insights
· Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to turn analysis into a clear and persuasive narrative
· Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills, including development of executive-level decks
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
· High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
· Proficiency in Excel and standard business reporting/presentation tools
· Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
· Proficient in MS Office Suite, advanced excel, Tableau or PowerBI
