Level: Financial Planning and Analysis Process- Manager , Functional Transformation
Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.
Work you'll do
As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and support finance transformation engagements focused on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance improvement.
- Assess current-state FP&A processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help design target-state processes, controls, and standard operating procedures.
- Support implementation and optimization of finance technologies and enterprise performance tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, or OneStream.
- Deliver financial data analysis, variance reporting, KPI rationalization, and executive-ready insights for senior stakeholder decision-making.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support project delivery, user enablement, and ongoing process adoption.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution
- 8-12 years of experience in finance strategy, finance transformation, FP&A, financial analysis, or process improvement
- Experience working in a consulting firm environment supporting finance transformation or FP&A engagements
- Experience leading or supporting FP&A process optimization across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management
- Experience with financial systems and enterprise performance tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, or OneStream
- Experience preparing executive presentations, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders
- Experience leading cross-functional workstreams or mentoring junior team members in project environments
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Experience supporting Fortune 100 or multinational clients
- Experience with process automation, macros, robotic process automation, or scripting
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- CA, CPA, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
- Experience in global business services, shared services, or operating model transformation
