Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Business Finance | Profitability Costing and Allocations team, you will be responsible for:
• Designing finance data models, allocation logic, and rules engines to support higher-quality and more accessible financial information
• Analyzing current-state finance data architecture, assessing finance data elements against target-state requirements, identifying gaps, and supporting future-state design
• Leading design workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating requirements into functional specifications and technical designs
• Configuring and implementing SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions, including models, functions, calculation rules, allocation rules, and reporting structures
• Supporting testing, documentation, user training, production support, and issue resolution across SAP PaPM implementations and integrations with SAP modules and external systems

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential
• 5-9 years of experience in finance transformation, profitability analysis, performance management, or SAP finance technology implementations
• Experience implementing or configuring SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Experience developing finance data models, calculation rules, allocation rules, and reporting structures
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications and technical designs
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), enterprise resource planning (ERP) finance/reporting systems, or data integration tools
Preferred:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology
• Experience leading design workshops and coordinating delivery with cross-functional teams
• Experience integrating SAP PaPM with SAP modules and external systems
• Experience conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Experience creating technical documentation and delivering end-user training
• Experience with analytics or reporting tools such as SAS, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
