Level: FP&A Process Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant,Functional Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:
- Optimize, standardize, and document FP&A processes across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Consolidate and analyze financial data, prepare variance analyses, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Rationalize and enhance management reporting and key performance indicators while supporting accurate and timely financial reporting
- Identify automation opportunities and support the deployment of digital tools such as OneStream and Anaplan
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and support ad hoc financial analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders, support end-user training, and mentor junior team members

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, M.C.A, or M.Sc. (CS), or CA
- 6-10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or process improvement
- Experience supporting FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience developing standard operating procedures, variance analyses, or management reporting
Preferred:
- Experience with OneStream or Anaplan
- Experience with automation tools, including robotic process automation, macros, or scripting
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience supporting Fortune 100 clients
- Knowledge of consulting commercial models, including time and materials and fixed fee
- Lean, Six Sigma, or change management certification
