Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“Deloitte Tax in India”) supports Deloitte Tax U.S. service lines through aligned professionals who deliver services to clients across global tax and mobility programs. As a Service Delivery Enablement, Tax Consultant II, you will support global mobility managed services work and help deliver high-quality client service with accuracy and timely execution. This role offers the opportunity to work with Deloitte global offices, client teams, and internal stakeholders across the expatriate assignment lifecycle.

- Serve as a primary contact for human resources teams and international assignees throughout the expatriate assignment lifecycle
- Prepare and review assignment documentation, including assignment letters, balance sheets, and cost projections
- Support global mobility projects, assignment briefings, and engagement deliverables in coordination with team leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional services and collaborate with Deloitte member firms and client teams to meet deadlines
- Generate reports and dashboards for leadership and support vendor management and invoicing processes
The team
You will be a member of the USI EMEA GES core Global Mobility Managed services team for Tax Practice, which focuses on assisting clients with multiple aspects of Global Mobility such as Vendor invoice reviews, assignment letters prep, cost projections, etc.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or global mobility managed services
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business, economics, cultural studies, or equivalent
- Experience supporting global mobility human resources project work
- Experience preparing assignment letters, balance sheets, cost projections, or similar assignment documentation
- Experience coordinating with client teams, global stakeholders, or Deloitte member firms
- Experience using Microsoft Office for reporting, analysis, and dashboard preparation
Preferred:
- Experience with Equus AssignmentPro
- German language proficiency
- Experience in a Big 4, business process outsourcing, or shared services environment
