Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with experience in pricing transformation and Pricefx to support the design and delivery of pricing strategy, pricing technology, and commercial excellence solutions for clients. This role sits within the Sales & Service offering and supports Customer OP engagements focused on improving pricing effectiveness, margin performance, and sales execution. The Senior Consultant will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into Pricefx-enabled solutions and support implementation, testing, and client adoption. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will analyze complex business challenges, mentor team members, and uphold exceptional standards while building trusted client relationships and navigating increasingly complex situations. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful pricing strategies.

Work you’ll do:
- Configure and extend Pricefx solutions to support enterprise pricing
- Collaborate with clients to analyze complex pricing challenges and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Support Pricefx implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Work with client stakeholders to assess current pricing processes, identify pain points, and define improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for pricing tools and workflows
- Assist in configuring Pricefx modules such as pricing logic, quoting, workflows, approvals, rebate management, analytics, and dashboards
- Conduct data analysis to support pricing strategy, segmentation, discount optimization, and margin improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations across ERP, CRM, CPQ, and downstream reporting systems.
- Support SIT/UAT, and manage defect tracking and resolution
- Prepare client-ready deliverables including process maps, requirements documents, training materials, and status updates
- Support change management, end-user training, and business adoption activities
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and team capability building
- Collaborate with teams to drive impactful pricing strategies
- Help navigate complex project situations and drive execution of key project activities.
- Contribute to practice development through asset creation, internal knowledge sharing, and pursuit support

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or related field
- 6+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in pricing, commercial excellence, revenue management, or sales transformation
- Hands-on experience with Pricefx in implementation, configuration, or business process design
- Understanding of pricing processes including price setting, discounting, approvals, rebates, and margin analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business recommendations
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a team-based, client-facing environment and manage multiple workstreams
- Willingness to travel based on client and business needs
- Multiple end to end implementation experiences in Pricefx
- Should have very good communication and presentation skills
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience with B2B pricing transformation programs
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Exposure to pricing analytics, CPQ, quote-to-cash, or commercial operations processes
- Experience in Agile delivery environments
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and requirements documentation skills
- Prior experience in consulting, especially in customer, sales, or service transformation programs
- Pricefx certification preferred
- Understanding of Gitlab platform for project delivery
Education:
* BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
