Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations improve business performance by connecting strategy, operations, and technology across product development, supply chain, and enterprise platforms. We work with clients to deliver digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and support scalable business outcomes.
As part of this team, you will support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and technical transformation efforts with a focus on Windchill and the broader PTC ecosystem. Our professionals help clients modernize product data, enhance engineering and change processes, and integrate PLM solutions with enterprise systems to drive more connected and effective operations.
Position Summary
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and customize end-to-end Windchill product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions across migration, configuration, and integration workstreams
- Configure Windchill components including lifecycles, workflows, change management, business rules, and bill of materials management to support business requirements
- Develop and support integrations between Windchill and enterprise systems such as SAP, computer-aided design (CAD) platforms, and visualization tools
- Build and support technical solutions using Java, Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), JavaScript, and Extensible Markup Language (XML) within Windchill environments
- Support testing, validation, and deployment activities across development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production environments

Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in Windchill data migration using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) or custom migration utilities
- Experience delivering 2-3 end-to-end Windchill implementation and data migration projects
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) data migration for SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Experience configuring Windchill 10.x and 11.x, including business configuration, change management, workflows, and bill of materials management
- Experience developing or supporting Windchill technical solutions using Java, Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), JavaScript, and Extensible Markup Language (XML)
- Experience reviewing or supporting PLM code, integration configurations, install scripts, build scripts, deployment scripts, cron jobs, and custom utilities across development, quality assurance, and production environments
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries
Preferred:
- Experience with multiple product lifecycle management (PLM) frameworks
- Experience creating business solution assets
- Experience aligning PLM enterprise architecture to client roadmaps
- Experience using planning tools or enterprise resource planning platforms such as Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis, or Anaplan
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent from an accredited university
