Deloitte’s Global Employer Solutions (GES) Client Technology Delivery Team is seeking an experienced business analyst to help deliver Deloitte’s GES technology enabled mobility services to meet Global Client business objectives.
You will be part of our product delivery team, supporting several different delivery capabilities. You will work alongside other business analysts, testers, developers and business team members and report directly to the Product Owner.
Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, performing some user acceptance testing and identifying improvement opportunities.
Work you'll do
As a Tax Technology Services Consultant II on the Global Employer Solutions Client Technology Delivery Team, you will be responsible for supporting technology-enabled mobility solutions and business analysis activities across the product delivery lifecycle.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in partnership with product owners, subject matter specialists, and stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other delivery artifacts for development and testing teams.
- Support requirements management across the delivery lifecycle, including scope changes, test case review, user acceptance testing, rollout support, training, and communications.
- Evaluate existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend changes to automate and modernize delivery practices.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, resolve requirement ambiguity, and communicate findings, priorities, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
The team
The Global Employer Solutions Client Technology Delivery Team supports technology-enabled mobility services designed to help Deloitte deliver solutions aligned to client business objectives. The team works across product, business, and technology functions to translate complex needs into scalable delivery outcomes. Team members collaborate closely with product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to drive quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting technology or product delivery initiatives
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
- Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements through the development lifecycle
- Experience creating process documentation, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing and test case review
- Experience working with cross-functional teams that include product, business, and technology stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience supporting tax technology, mobility technology, or global employer services solutions
- Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, or requirement sessions
- Experience using agile delivery artifacts such as epics, features, and stories
- Experience supporting rollout activities, training, or change requests
- Experience using journey maps, empathy maps, or story maps
