Our Finance Transformation – Global Business Services (GBS) practice serves as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CIOs, COOs and other executives, helping shape the CFO agenda, improve operating models, and drive enterprise value in the digital economy. The GBS Advisory team partners with organizations to design and implement GBS strategies, including service delivery models, operating model transformation, and location strategies. Leveraging next-generation technologies like Generative AI, we drive innovation across Finance, Procurement, and IT. Our scope includes outsourcing advisory, vendor selection, and end-to-end transformation. We seek motivated individuals with strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills to join our dynamic GBS group
Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune
Qualifications
Required:
• 3-7 years of post-MBA, post-MS, or post-CA experience in consulting, shared services, outsourcing, Global Business Services, or operating model transformation
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, and cost reduction analyses
• Experience supporting Global Business Services, shared services, outsourcing, or location strategy engagements
• Experience conducting client interviews, workshops, or training sessions and preparing client deliverables
• Experience analyzing financial and non-financial data sets using Microsoft Excel and preparing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience managing a workstream and coordinating with junior team members or cross-functional teams
• MBA, MS, CA, or PhD from a leading institution in India or abroad
Preferred:
• Experience in shared services, outsourcing, or global knowledge process organizations
• Experience with operating model transformation, location strategy, or outsourcing advisory
• Experience with current-state and future-state process mapping and documentation
• Experience with vendor selection or contract negotiation support
• Experience supporting Finance, Procurement, or Information Technology transformation initiatives
• Experience working with global stakeholders, including US-based stakeholders
