Senior Consultant
We are seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) professional to support the design, implementation, administration, and advanced operations of enterprise PAM solutions using Valkyrie. The role requires strong hands-on experience across privileged credential management, access governance, platform integrations, automation, troubleshooting, and operational support.
This individual will play a key role in delivering secure and resilient privileged access services across enterprise environments, while partnering with security, infrastructure, IAM, application, and audit stakeholders. The position is well suited for a technical leader who can operate independently in an L3/L4 support model and drive both platform stability and continuous control improvement.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:
- Architecting and designing Valkyrie PAM solutions, including credential vaulting, secret rotation, session control, access workflows, and enterprise security platform integrations.
- Leading onboarding and management of privileged, service, and application accounts across Windows, Linux/Unix, cloud, database, and application environments, including bulk onboarding and migration activities.
- Configuring privileged access policies, least privilege controls, emergency access processes, secrets lifecycle management, and integrations with enterprise platforms.
- Troubleshooting complex production issues, supporting L3/L4 escalations, and maintaining platform health through patching, upgrades, high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and environment hardening.
- Developing automation, reporting, runbooks, and operational documentation to support compliance, audit readiness, and advanced PAM use cases.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata
Shift Timings: Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential. Must be willing to work 24*7 rotational shifts. On call support required based on project assignments.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, or Master of Science in Computer Science from an accredited university
- 6-10 years of experience in privileged access management, identity security, or cybersecurity implementation and support roles
- Hands-on experience with Valkyrie PAM or a comparable enterprise PAM platform
- Experience onboarding and managing privileged, service, and application accounts across Windows, Linux/Unix, cloud, database, and application environments
- Experience configuring privileged credential vaulting, secret rotation, session controls, access workflows, and privileged access policies
- Experience developing application programming interface-based automation and supporting integrations with Active Directory, security information and event management, simple mail transfer protocol, multi-factor authentication, identity governance and administration, or ticketing platforms
- Experience maintaining PAM infrastructure, including high availability, disaster recovery, patching, upgrades, performance monitoring, and L3/L4 production support
Preferred:
- Experience with privileged analytics, user behavior analytics, or anomaly detection
- Experience migrating privileged accounts from legacy PAM tools or manual repositories
- Experience supporting secrets management for applications, DevOps tooling, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines
- Experience with cloud and hybrid privileged access use cases
- Experience supporting privileged access in regulated environments with audit and control requirements
- Privileged access management, identity and access management, or cybersecurity certification
