Your work profile
- As a Associate Director in our SAP Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Generative AI technologies and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph,CrewAIPerform system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patches
- Work on projects involving large language models (LLMs), including both Open Source LLMs and Enterprise LLMs like OpenAI.Handle transport management and system refresh activities
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for NLP tasks such as text summarization, translation, question answering, etc..
Key skills required
- Minimum 15+ years of overall IT/Technology Consulting experience with at least 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Python programming for AI/ML applications.
- Working with large language models and NLP pipelines.
- NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents.
- Experience with both open-source and enterprise-grade LLMs
- Education- BTech/BE
- Entity or Line of Business Finance
- Strong Excel skills and experience handling high data volumes
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex matters simply
