Position Summary
Level - SAP Concur Consultant
This role supports Support the design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of SAP Concur within an S/4HANA implementation program.
Work you’ll do:
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with Finance, AP, T&E, and Procurement stakeholders
- Configure standard workflows, approval rules, policy checks, and control mechanisms
- Coordinate integration design with S/4HANA and surrounding systems
- Support testing cycles, defect resolution, cutover activities, and hypercare
- Document process flows, design decisions, and configuration settings
- Assist with end-user training and deployment readiness
- Awareness of integrations across AP, GL, cost centers, employees, vendors, and payment flows
- Experience supporting requirements, testing, and deployment in global implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Qualifications:
Must have Skills.
- 3-6 years in finance systems, travel/expense, or spend management
- · At least 1–2 Concur implementation or major enhancement projects
- · Prior exposure to S/4HANA or other ERP finance landscapes preferred
- · Experience working in cross-functional implementation teams
- · Integration awareness for AP, GL, cost centers, employees, vendors, and payment flows
- · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to have Skills.
- · Can translate business processes into workable system design
- · Comfortable resolving issues across finance, IT, and business owners
- · Organized, practical, and able to operate in a fast-paced deployment
- · Strong documentation and troubleshooting discipline
Education:
· BE/B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
