Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Business Development and Account Enablement on the Global Audit & Assurance Products and Solutions COE team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with Global and member firm stakeholders to publish new and updated content across Deloitte audit platforms.
- Maintaining content quality, completeness, and consistency, including XML-based publishing activities and localized content updates.
- Following established content publishing workflows and supporting testing activities for new content solutions with leadership, content, technology, and business support teams.
- Updating project trackers, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and supporting project planning, knowledge transfer, and training documentation.
- Identifying process enhancement opportunities and supporting training sessions for new hires and analysts, as needed.
The team
Deloitte Audit – Center of Excellence team is a part of the Deloitte Audit (DA) program which was introduced by Deloitte to transform the way Audit is performed globally. As part of DA, the team helps deployment and maintenance of audit content and portals and test the upcoming technologies for future and provide feedback / suggestions for enhancements. Various Content Management Tools (CMS Tools) are used for the maintenance of content. Formed in the year 2012, the team has over the years gained in-depth knowledge of the audit portals and are considered “superusers” for most of them. The team also acts as a content and technical advisor for several Member Firms.
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with 60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout, with no active backlogs
- 1-2 years of experience in knowledge management
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of experience in a content management or knowledge management environment
- Experience working with Extensible Markup Language (XML) and HyperText Markup Language (HTML)
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) experience is a plus
- Experience preparing training documentation or knowledge materials
- Experience facilitating training or knowledge transfer sessions
- Experience working with virtual or cross-border teams
