As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that help clients streamline processes, improve service delivery, and create long-term business value.

Work you'll do
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery to design, implement, and support ServiceNow TPRM solutions that strengthen vendor governance, risk visibility, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring. The ideal candidate combines functional knowledge of third-party risk processes with hands-on ServiceNow IRM / GRC platform expertise and can translate business requirements into scalable workflows, assessments, dashboards, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Module Configuration: Build and customize HRSD-specific modules including HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Base, and Employee Service Center (ESC).
- Lifecycle Events: Design and implement complex "Life Cycle Events" such as enterprise-wide onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
- Workflow Automation: Develop automated HR workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Integrations: Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle Cloud using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Portal Development: Create custom widgets and enhance the Employee Center using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- HR-Specific Components: Manage HR Profiles, Document Templates, and HR Criteria to ensure data security and compliance with regional HR policies.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and with at least 2 years focused specifically on the HRSD module.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript (Glide API), HTML, CSS, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- HR Process Knowledge: Understanding of HR shared services, employee relations, and regional compliance standards.
- Solid understanding of third-party risk, vendor risk, compliance processes, control frameworks, and risk scoring methodologies
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and development, including workflows, Business Rules, reporting, dashboards, and preferably JavaScript
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external vendor, risk, or enterprise platforms using APIs and standard web services
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or critical infrastructure

Shift Timings: 24x7 including night shift as per business requirements
