As a ServiceNow Platform Configurer/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Deloitte Canada's ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with platform peers in Canada to develop reusable capabilities, improve platform standards, and enable delivery teams to build solutions consistently and efficiently.
This role combines hands-on ServiceNow development with platform-focused thinking. You will contribute to shared services, reusable assets, engineering productivity initiatives, and platform modernization efforts while helping maintain a scalable and governed ServiceNow ecosystem.

As a Service now developer on the Platforms team, you will be responsible for...
- Configure and develop reusable ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Build and maintain shared flows, subflows, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and reusable platform assets.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows using Flow Designer and scripting where appropriate.
- Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Portals, and integrations using REST and SOAP services.
- Follow established ServiceNow platform standards and governance, participate in code reviews and peer reviews, and support automated testing, deployment practices, upgrades, patches, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
The team
A new platform team has been formed to enable faster, safer, and more scalable delivery through reusable platforms, automation, and engineering standards. "ServiceNow" is one of the platforms within this team. Deloitte Canada needs a Senior Analyst to serve as a technical contributor and help evolve the ServiceNow platform.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 3.9-5 years of ServiceNow experience
- Experience configuring and developing ServiceNow applications
- Experience with ITSM and at least one additional module such as HRSD, SPM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, CSM, or IRM/GRC
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, JavaScript, Glide APIs, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience with CMDB and CSDM fundamentals
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred:
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Implementation Specialist Certification (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, or ITOM)
- Experience with Service Portal, Workspace, and UI Builder
- Experience with Update Sets and Application Repository
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- Experience with CI/CD fundamentals
