Your work profile
We are looking for skilled and strong expertise in data architecture, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern data platforms. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.
Key Skills & Competencies
- 10 + years of experience in design and implement scalable cloud-based data solutions.
- Lead data engineering teams and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and cloud tools.
- Work closely with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, performance, and governance standards.
- Support pre-sales and solutioning initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Expertise in Databricks/Spark and big data processing.
- Experience in ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling.
- Strong SQL and Python/Scala skills.
- Experience managing teams and project delivery.
- Snowflake knowledge.
- CI/CD and DevOps practice for data pipelines.
- Exposure to orchestration tools (Airflow, etc.).
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
- Leading teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Managing client expectations and communications.
- Driving collaboration and team performance.
- Problem solving and delivering business value.
- Supporting capability development and mentoring team members.
Preferred Qualifications
Education - B. tech / BE in Computer Science or Information Technology.
