Java BE
Key skills required:
- 3-12 years of hands-on development experience and in-depth knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring boot, Quarkus and nice to have front-end technologies like Angular, React JS

Flutter Developer
Required Skills
- 5-8 years of software development experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
- Experience developing and deploying mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, navigation, animation, and state management.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
- Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and consuming web services.
- Familiarity with Firebase services including Authentication, Push Notifications, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
- Experience with Git, version control, and Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of mobile application security and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
GoLang Developer
- Min 2-5 Years of experience in Golang.
- Experience with API development
- Experience working with ISO8583 and OSI level 4 APIs, is a nice to have.
- Generalist enough to be able to function in a polyglot tech landscape – they need to be able to familiarize themselves with Vendor product XML configurations, deployment scripts, work with Mainframe systems/tooling that can extract COBOL from IBM Z mainframes, make sense of it (discovery and reverse engineering) and then help rewrite the COBOL in Go, we are planning to set them up for success by provisioning the right IDE with code assistants etc.
- Are motivated and can offer ‘effective challenge’ to daily design decisions at the software component level to the POD leads so that the pod overall is able to work well and deal with ambiguity every now and then.
- Able to work well with SQL databases.
React Native Developer
The primary role of a Consultant or Sr. Consultant is to be responsible for managing specific sub-work stream (or sub-modules) within a broader project. Sr. Consultants and Consultants on engagements report into the team lead/ manager and are responsible for end to end delivery of the sub-work stream allocated to them.
The responsibilities of Sr. Consultant or Consultant can include:
· Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
· Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure that the applications meet the requirements and standards.
· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
· Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
· Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards.
· Proficient in React Native and its core principles with at least 3 years of relevant experience
· Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
· Experience with Redux and Redux-Saga.
· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication.
· Experience with debugging and profiling tools.
· Strong understanding of Git and Git Flow.
· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
· Experience of understanding the low/high fidelity level design aspects along with hands-on in UI development writing the unit testable code
· Expertise in CSS, HTML - CSS3, Selectors, Specificity, Media Queries, HTML 5, Web Socket, Web Storage
· Working experience of Javascript Frameworks & Design Patterns - React (Styled Components, Hooks, Lifecycle, State Management, Unit Test Cases)
· Knowledge of Webpack, Babel and its Plugins, ES6, Redux, Jest
· Experience of Source Control Tools such as GIT
· Experience with cloud services like (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
