Your work profile
Support development, monitoring, and production support of integrations built on Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS / IDMC). Work with senior team members to build reliable batch and near real-time integrations across enterprise systems such as Salesforce and databases.
Key skills required
- Education : Any bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Develop and maintain integrations using IICS Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
- Build batch, file-based, and API-based integrations
- Support Salesforce inbound and outbound data integrations
- Monitor daily integration jobs and troubleshoot failures
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA
- Assist in deployments across DEV, QA, and PROD environments
- Perform data validation and basic performance tuning
- Follow integration standards and participate in code reviews
