Creatio Developer
- As a Consultant in our Consulting team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery of Creatio-based CRM and BPM solutions.
- Takes responsibility for assigned workstreams and ensures project deliverables meet client expectations and organizational quality standards.
- Design, develop, configure, and customize applications using the Creatio low-code platform.
- Develop and automate business processes, workflows, case management, and approval processes using Creatio Business Process Designer.
- Configure and customize Creatio modules including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Freedom UI components based on business requirements.
- Build reusable components, custom pages, business rules, sections, dashboards, and integrations with enterprise applications.
- Proactively identifies project risks, technical issues, and dependencies; resolves them independently or escalates to project leadership when required.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs and integrate Creatio with third-party systems such as ERP, HRMS, Azure, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise platforms.
- Perform application testing, debugging, performance tuning, deployment, and post-production support.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Stay updated with new Creatio platform capabilities, low-code technologies, and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements, technical excellence initiatives, and knowledge management within the team.
Key Skills Required - Prior hands-on experience with the Creatio platform is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in solution design, client interactions, requirement gathering, client demonstrations, and conducting design & development workshops.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing Creatio CRM using Freedom UI, Classic UI, Business Process Designer, Business Rules, Object Designer, and Section Wizard.
- Good understanding of Creatio Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer 360, and BPM/workflow automation capabilities.
- Experience in developing custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, web services, OAuth, and third-party system integrations.
- Good understanding of application deployment, package management, version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
- Experience with AI-enabled automation, low-code application development, or enterprise integrations is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Desired Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
- At least 1-2 end to end SFDC implementation experience in India or globally
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
