Your work profile
- Manage and grow strategic partnerships with leading cybersecurity players.
- Drive joint business plans aligned to cybersecurity priorities like XDR, MDR, SecOps, AI, and Cloud Security
- Build strong executive and working-level relationships with partner stakeholders
- Identify, shape, and drive co-sell opportunities with alliance partners across key accounts
- Support sales teams in positioning joint cybersecurity solutions (e.g., MDR, Threat Intelligence, SOC transformation)
- Contribute to pipeline creation and revenue growth through partner-led demand generation
- Develop and execute joint GTM initiatives for cybersecurity solutions and industry-specific use cases
- Co-create solution offerings leveraging partner technologies (e.g., endpoint protection, identity security, cloud workload protection)
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership in cybersecurity domains
- Manage alliance governance cadence including QBRs, MBRs, and executive reviews
- Track KPIs, incentives, and partner program benefits (rebates, certifications, etc.)
- Ensure alignment with internal strategic priorities and global alliance frameworks
Key Skills Required
- 5–8 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, business development, or sales operations
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as MDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, Cloud Security, Network Security, and Zero Trust.
- Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred
