As a Manager in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Title: Manager – HR Product Design and Engineering
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR Tech and AI-enabled HR transformation engagements (scope, timeline, budget, value realization)
- Conduct market and technology landscape analysis to inform differentiated HR tech and AI solution development
- Define and drive HR product vision, technical architecture, and product use case pipeline aligned to client/business priorities
- Own product lifecycle management from ideation to deployment, including model tuning, performance optimization, and adoption
- Translate business problems into scalable Tech/AI/GenAI-enabled HR solutions (e.g., copilots, talent intelligence, workflow automation)
- Define and oversee API-first integration architecture (APIs, middleware, event-driven workflows) across HR and enterprise systems
- Design and standardize AI-augmented E2E HR workflows with embedded automation and decision intelligence
- Lead development and deployment of AI/ML models and LLM-based applications, including prompt design, fine-tuning, evaluation, and performance optimization
- Implement ML Ops and LLM Ops practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement
- Lead agile delivery and program governance (backlog, sprint planning, releases) across HR tech and AI product implementations
- Drive build vs. buy vs. partner decisions across HR tech and AI ecosystem and define and track product and experience KPIs (adoption, resolution effectiveness, cycle time, experience) to enable continuous improvement
- Lead business development and thought leadership (proposals, solutioning, AI-led PoVs, assets, and accelerators)
Desired qualifications
- Experience in HR Product Design and Engineering is a must
- Practical experience in functional design and implementation HR Technology platforms
- Complex HR Transformation project/program management experience
- Ability to contribute independently as well as manage small teams
- Direct and hands-on experience in developing proposals, presentations, deliverables and customer service management
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
- Understands basic HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events
- Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes.

- Bachelor's / Post Graduation Diploma / master’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, Hard Science or other relevant field.
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience across consulting (leading management consulting firms) and/or industry roles.
