Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PLM Implementation Associate Director to lead Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation, migration, upgrade, and support projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful delivery of PLM solutions such as Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill, and other enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end PLM implementation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project governance and steering committee meetings.
- Prepare and present status reports to leadership and clients.
Requirements & Solution Management
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinate solution design activities with PLM architects and consultants.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans.
- Facilitate project reviews and escalation management.
Team Management
- Manage cross-functional teams including PLM consultants, developers, architects, testers, and business users.
- Assign tasks and monitor team utilization.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
PLM Implementation Activities
- Data migration planning and execution.
- CAD and ERP integration coordination.
- Workflow and business process implementation.
- BOM and change management process deployment.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination.
- Production deployment and hypercare support.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks and mitigation plans.
- Manage issues and change requests.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Monitor project KPIs and delivery metrics.

- 8–15+ years of experience in PLM projects.
- 3–5+ years of project/program management experience.
