Key Skills required:
- Experience: Advisory Consulting background, in Financial Services, preferably Banking
- Past Experience: Big4 or any boutique consulting or in strategy role at Fintechs
- Exposure in business / digital strategy, operating model transformation, business value unlocking, lending, CRM, business analysis, and AI/digital led transformation
- 5-9 years of experience with ability to lead workstreams across business / digital consulting, business analysis, financial statements, problem solving, PPT, Excel
- Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 or 2 B-school (must), B.Tech / B.E. (preferred), any other bachelors is okay
- Location: Bangalore / Mumbai (preferred)
