Your work profile
The Senior SAP QM Consultant will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, manufacturing, procurement, warehouse, and quality teams to optimize quality planning, inspection, compliance, and quality control processes while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.A Senior SAP QM Consultant is expected to lead quality management transformation initiatives by leveraging SAP S/4HANA best practices. The role is responsible for delivering scalable, compliant, and integrated quality processes across procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, and sales operations, while ensuring successful implementation, business adoption, regulatory compliance, and post-go-live support.
Key skills required
- 6–8 years of SAP QM consulting experience
- Minimum 4–6 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration experience
- Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield projects
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automotive, or consumer goods industries is preferred
Business Process Consulting
- Conduct business process workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Analyze current quality management processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend SAP S/4HANA best practices.
- Advise clients on quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Configure and support SAP QM processes, including:
- Quality Planning
- Inspection Planning
- Quality Inspection
- Goods Receipt Inspection
- In-Process Inspection
- Final Inspection
- Vendor Quality Management
- Customer Quality Management
- Quality Notifications
- Non-Conformance Management
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

- Requirement Gathering

- Hypercare Support
- Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams for development, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare business process documentation
