Your Work Profile
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining cloud-native applications leveraging modern AWS technologies and full-stack development frameworks. The role involves working within a self-organizing, cross-functional international Agile team to build scalable, high-quality software solutions that help monitor, analyze, and optimize energy utilization across buildings and campuses. The candidate will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, M.Sc., B.Tech, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of IT software development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in designing and developing AWS cloud-native applications.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and Angular (v15+) development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API development, and Terraform.
- Experience in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Ability to translate business and customer requirements into scalable software solutions using object-oriented design principles.
- Experience in test automation, including unit, integration, and contract testing.
- Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code or equivalent IDEs.
- Strong commitment to quality engineering, ownership, and software craftsmanship.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness and capability to learn and contribute using additional technologies such as AWS QuickSight, C#, Python, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, SonarQube, Docker, and Continuous Integration practices.
- Experience in internationalization (i18n) and accessibility (a11y) implementation.
- Working knowledge of Agile software development methodologies including Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and pair programming.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Test-First Development, code refactoring, and application profiling.
- Understanding of configuration management, release management, and Continuous Deployment practices.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed and cross-cultural teams.
- AWS and Go-related certifications are preferred.
