Location: London hybrid (2-3 days a week in the London client/Deloitte offices)

Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)

Day rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager with a strong consultancy background to join our team. You will support a global Oracle Cloud implementation (Oracle Financials) for a professional services client. Reporting into a Deloitte Programme Director, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day delivery across the programme, ensuring effective governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring a strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles. You will manage project execution and identify/mitigate risks and issues. The role requires a consultative approach, strong communication skills and confidence in leading challenging conversations with senior stakeholders.


Required Skills and Experience:


Key Deliverables: responsibilities but not limited too

  1. Integrated programme plan (schedule, milestones, resource plan).
  2. Programme governance artefacts: terms of reference, steering papers, issue/change logs.
  3. Benefits realisation plan and post implementation review report.
  4. Regular executive reports and dashboards (status, risks, budget, benefits).
