On a legal entity project:
Core Purpose: Defines and maintains project management standards, methodologies, and best practices, ensuring consistency in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages project financials, planning, and provides status reports to senior management, driving delivery of the steps plan (including legal steps plan),
- RAID management and reporting
- Functions: Establishes a "center of excellence" for tools, processes, and training.
- Essential Skills: Governance expertise, leadership, analytics, and stakeholder management.
