#Qualifications

Key Qualifications

• Own a degree from a University or Technological Educational Institution in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar technical course of study
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in enterprise or consulting contexts
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online (hub/site architecture, governance, permissions)
• Experience with Microsoft Teams (governance, lifecycle management, policies)
• Proficiency with Entra ID / Azure Active Directory (users, groups, Conditional Access, MFA)
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for process automation scenarios
• Ability to scope, design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions and manage Modern Workplace environments
• Experience in dealing with project stakeholders and clients on a regular basis
• Strong presentation and knowledge sharing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business resources, all levels of management and external stakeholders
• Good command of the English Language

Bonus Qualifications

• Cloud experience (Azure)
• Knowledge of hybrid environments with on-premises Active Directory and AD Connect synchronisation
• Microsoft certified in Microsoft 365 or related technologies
• Experience with large-scale Microsoft 365 migrations and adoption initiatives
