Work you’ll do
Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Infrastructure & Real Estate (I&RE) practice in Southeast Asia. We provide strategy, financial advisory, and program and project management services to public and private sector clients on infrastructure projects, including those that have private sector participation such as Public-Private Partnerships. Our projects range across a variety of industries, such as social infrastructure, transport, waste, energy and renewables, utilities, industrial plant, telecommunication, and urban infrastructure. We provide a comprehensive range of business case development services, including potential value capture, financial modelling, economic assessment, transaction structuring, debt & capital advisory, infrastructure financing, procurement advisory for both public and private/bid side, and refinancing/asset recycling. You will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence based analytical capability to help them solve pressing and complex issues. This includes revealing insight and delivering value through pragmatic and actionable recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organization. The nature of the work we do includes:
- Applying a variety of quantitative and qualitative analytical frameworks, models and techniques to analyze infrastructure project issues.
- Developing evidence-based infrastructure development and/or investment options and advice to support decision making, infrastructure development, and implementation.
- Being an independent advisor to your clients, managing processes within infrastructure project lifecycle independently, and providing independent recommendations based on your analysis.
- Drafting and communicating findings in reports and compelling presentations to influence key decision makers, to assist with corporate strategic planning, and/or to contribute to improved business bottom-line performance.
- Liaising with clients and assisting in the development of new business opportunities
- Advancing your skills in infrastructure advisory alongside Deloitte’s network of experienced infrastructure experts around the world

Requirements
- Possesses at least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Public Policy, Business Law, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable local or overseas university; a relevant postgraduate degree and/or professional qualifications (e.g. PMP, CFA) are advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in sectors such as consulting firms, financial institutions, private equity, or investment, with exposure to project finance, corporate finance, or public-private partnerships (PPPs).
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, infrastructure planning, feasibility studies, procurement processes, and/or business case development.
- Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with an inquisitive mindset and logical thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent collaboration and adaptability abilities.
- High attention to detail and a meticulous work style.
- Thrives under demanding timelines while maintaining quality and professionalism.
