Work you’ll do
In most countries and industry sectors, an elaborate system of financial incentives is available to fuel an organisation’s R&D, innovation, and other business investments. These incentives are available for both domestic investments and growth opportunities abroad. The multitude of opportunities becomes more complex when you consider that within each country, local and regional governments have the authority to fund incentives of their own. While identifying, understanding, and prioritizing the right incentives for your organization can be a time-consuming and challenging undertaking—it's also one that can generate significant benefits.
Deloitte’s Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (Gi3) practitioners in Singapore provide grant and incentive support to help organisations around the world pursue appropriate incentives and execute effective strategies, in industries from aerospace to healthcare to agriculture and beyond. Our Gi3 practitioners also assist with R&D claims preparation – this involves assisting with the identification of eligible R&D activities and preparing robust supporting documentation by combining deep tax technical expertise with highly experience advisors from scientific and engineering backgrounds so that multiple aspects of an R&D incentive claim are understood and considered.
Interns will be assigned to a variety of engagements involving grant and incentive application and/or R&D claim preparation.
