Work you will do
Due to continuing growth, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the regional Quality, Risk & Management team. The individual will provide administrative support to the Quality and Risk Management function for the Deloitte Consulting offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute various Quality & Risk Management (QRM) activities and processes.
- Responsible to schedule, update, and follow up on risk consultations. Includes doing prechecks, participate in calls, write call minutes, capture action items and follow up on approvals.
- Direct liaising, collaborate and coordinate with internal stake holders, project manager or project team.
- Maintain risk consultation record for audit purposes.
- Update and maintain database of opportunities.
- Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside of the standard QRM guardrails.
- Assisting in administrative and QRM duties to comply with Deloitte’s standards, procedures, and policies.

If you are someone with:
- Degree in any field.
- Minimum of one year of working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be analytical, detailed and systematic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Able to work independently with initiative and handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with the consulting or professional services industry would be advantageous.
