What will your typical day look like?You play an integral role in shaping and delivering transformative, client-centric solutions across a variety of markets and industries. You’ll work with clients on digital transformation initiatives and business process re-engineering to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational performance. You take ownership of the full engagement life cycle, from planning through delivery, while continuously developing your skills across a range of complex business challenges.
You can expect to:
- Lead, plan, and support the execution of engagements focused on enterprise content management, business process re-engineering, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Leverage modern tools and technologies to help clients navigate uncertainty and address the challenges of an increasingly complex cyber environment.
- Develop and mentor junior team members to ensure service excellence.
- Engage in well-being and sustainability initiatives, a variety social and community events, and other programs aligned with Deloitte's Shared Values.

You are someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA).
- Internationally recognized professional designation complete or near completed., e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ISO, and/or other related certifications.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in enterprise content management and/or digital transformation initiatives, including business process re-engineering.
- Project management skills; including experience leading engagements, or components of engagements, including mentoring, coaching, and reviewing work of junior team members.
- Experience working in a professional services firm or large-scale organization preferred.
