The successful candidate will be involved in supporting the origination, structuring and execution of a broad range of structured finance and advisory transactions in the Asian markets and for our Asian clients' projects globally.The team has an active deal flow and the successful candidate will be working in a leading global franchise on the execution of financings and debt advisories for our Asian clients with a focus on the Japanese market. Your main missions will be the following:Transaction support to the relevant deal team leader on arranging and debt advisory mandates, includingFinancial modeling and analysis of financial projectionsReview of various documentation, including information memorandum and finance documents in English and Japanese.Review of various due diligence reports in English and Japanese.Assist in preparation of credit applications and other internal approval requestsResearch on companies, market and industry trends, with a key focus on Japan Client related support, includingPrepare presentations and pitches for clientsGeneral research Respect and adhere to compliance practices and other internal requirements Assist in reporting toolsStay abreast of developments in SG's Financing & Advisory sectors as well as current transactions and opportunities in the market.Candidates with outstanding performance may be considered for early conversion to permanent roles.
