In addition, team responsible to managedaily reporting activities for regulators.Profile requiredProfile RequiredSkill : Experience in regulatory reporting or Good Knowledge on OTC Derivatives products /capital market Experience :1-5 yrs.Operational ExcellenceProvide guidance/ follow-up closely on complex issuesMonitor the production parameters on a daily basisIdentify short term production prioritiesDrive production efficienciesEnsure compliance / regulatory adherenceAddress internal / external auditsMonitor/Escalate reconciliation/reporting errors and incidentsEnsure reconciliation process is executed efficientlyChange ManagementContinuously identify and implement CI ideas thereby bringing in more efficiency across teamsContribute/Implement action items from strategic projects & implement organizational changesContribute to team's transformation initiativesIdentify and implement action items from transversal optimization projects / initiativesContribute and influence adoption of emerging technologies and best practicesIdentify and resolve medium to high-level issues.Detect and define process enhancements, regularly.Prepare, attend and contribute to process governance.Train analysts.Why join usWe are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
