We welcome candidates from finance, operations, business analysis, HR, or other data-driven areas who have genuine interest in people data and a basic understanding of HR processes.In this role, you will support HR Business Partners, HR teams, and business leaders by delivering high‑quality analyses, reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that contribute to organizational growth and better decision-making.You will work closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, business leaders, technical teams, and external survey providers.
