ResponsibilitiesAs an Individual Contributor-The role requires decent technical knowledge (UNIX, Database), business /functional skills. The role involves direct interaction with operations/middle office. Besides of the day to day support, the employee is in charge of projects. Helped by the support manager, resource works on projects which involves coordination and planning but also a direct relationship with the business line representatives/sponsors. The employee is be part of the Application Support team. The PRD team is dedicated to the support of the applications developed for Equity Pricing Calculator. It aims at professionalizing support functions by allocating specific resources to that mission. As a member of the PRD/SUP team, the employee is responsible for the following functions:Provide Application Support for a wide range of applications working within a global organization1st and 2nd level Technical & functional support.To work closely with the business, gathering their needs.Daily Production monitoringProcess follow-upRegular Interactions with Developers and infrastructure teams..Responsible for handling Incident reporting, problem analysis, Request managementHandle Release/Change management.Profile requiredAs an Individual Contributor-Qualification- BE / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering with an excellent academic track record4 to 6 years of experience in Application supportGood Knowledge of ITIL process.Good Analytical and Problem-solving skillsGood technical knowledge on Unix and Oracle DatabaseGood to have:Experience in Investment Banking sectorKnowledge on Agile development methodologies, and exposure to CI/CD tools like JenkinsGood Communication skillsDatabase skills (MySQL & SQL server)Exposure to Python, Shell scripting will be a plusWhy join us“We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
