ResponsibilitiesMAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:·         Responsible for daily Reconciliation, Investigation & Reporting for the related entity meeting the specified SLA.·         Responsible for month end closing process for the business within the strict deadlines.·         Investigate and find the permanent resolutions for the breaks/operational issues.·         Identify and implement the new quality checks to have better control over the accounting books.·         Participate in the integration of new APTP correspondent business where they directly impact on the functions and services provided by the Bangalore APTP team. This might specifically involve:o    Documentation of changes to policies and procedures, training needso    Involvement in testing and dress rehearsal migrations·         Participate in process training of the team members as requested and manage their daily activities in the process according to specified guidelines.·         To ensure a good working environment is provided within the team; assisting the team members in their daily activities and provide BAU in their absence·         Own all the process related documents including PPP’s  and ensure they are regularly updatedOwn and manage knowledge sharing sessions with in the teamProfile requiredFUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:·         Knowledge and hands on experience of key markets (Mature and Complex)·         Good communication skills (verbal and written)·         Customer focus·         Analytical  SkillsWhy join usWe are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
