ResponsibilitiesMonitor the operational incidents by helping operational teams and managers to collect and report incidents in dedicated tools, reviewing and performing critical analysis of Post-Mortem and action plans and following-up on their implementationSupport and development of projects to automate / optimize operational risk analysis and reportingIdentify & monitor relevant risk indicatorsAssist in performing and coordinating the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)Ensure a strong managerial supervision by reviewing with the managers the control framework in place and monitoring the results of the permanent supervision controlsCarry out operational processes review to assess their adequacy in terms of risks and control frameworkWork with senior stakeholders across the Bank to further adhere to the risk frameworkContribute to the advancement of operational risk methods and practicesAssist in preparation of any operational risk awareness sessionsAny ad-hoc task related to operational risks governance, risks and controlsProfile requiredBachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related disciplineStrong interest in LOD1 operational risk management topics related to operational and technology risksStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
