ResponsibilitiesWithin the GTE/ICR/Ayvens dept, you will be responsible for the governance of IT assets and the reliability of the Ayvens’s infrastructures. This role is key to ensuring compliance, security, resilience, and proper documentation of IT environments, in line with Group standards and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Asset Management & GovernanceEnsure the continuous update of the IT asset inventory (hardware, operating systems, PCs, screens, printers, network devices, etc.) within the Group CMDBs for all 44 Ayvens entitiesGuarantee the accuracy, completeness, and traceability of asset dataOrganize and lead a formal quarterly review of the asset inventoryProduce monthly reporting on the overall asset landscape (coverage, obsolescence, compliance)Obsolescence & Risk ManagementIdentify obsolete, unsupported, or vulnerable assetsDefine, track, and contribute to remediation plans (replacement, upgrade, retirement)Work closely with IT and Cybersecurity teams to reduce exposure to vulnerabilitiesInfrastructure Documentation & ComplianceEnsure that all IT infrastructures are:Properly referenced in Group toolsDocumented in accordance with Group processes, standards, and templatesMaintain up-to-date documentation (architecture, dependencies, ownership, SLAs)Resilience, Backup & ContinuityDefine, formalize, and maintain a clear resilience and backup testing strategy for each infrastructure according group processesEnsure that:Backup strategies are properly documented for each infraRestore and resilience tests are performed, tracked, and reported as per group requirementContribute to the continuous improvement of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans (BCP/DRP)Organize and coordinate DRT for Apps & InfraProfile requiredTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of IT infrastructures (end-user devices, servers, networks, systems)Experience with CMDBs and IT Service Management toolsSolid knowledge of security, obsolescence, resilience, and backup topicsComfortable with reporting, KPIs, and IT governanceSoft SkillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in cross-functional environments (infrastructure, security, support)Clear and structured written communication (documentation and reporting)Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvementKey Deliverables & KPIsCMDB accuracy with quarterly auditsMonthly asset and risk reportingControlled levels of obsolescence and vulnerabilitiesInfrastructure documentation aligned with Group standardsExecuted and tracked backup and resilience test plansWhy join usAt Société Générale, we are convinced that people are drivers of change, and that the world of tomorrow will be shaped by all their initiatives, from the smallest to the most ambitious.
