We are looking for a Coverage AssociateTasks and responsibilities:Client Relationship ManagementAct as a day-to-day contact for selected clients within the portfolioBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships, anticipating client needs and identifying business opportunitiesWork closely with VP and MDs in deepening client relationships and expanding wallet shareCommercial and Origination Support (together with VP and MDs)Contribute to the identification of commercial opportunities and deal flow generationPrepare and coordinate client pitches, proposals, and marketing materials in collaboration with product teams, under the guidance of VP and MDsActively promote cross-selling across Global Banking & Advisory, Global Markets, and financing solutionsCredit and Risk Monitoring (together with VP and MDs)Monitor counterparty risk, exposures, and concentration limitsContribute to credit analyses and internal rating processesSupport preparation of credit applications and risk reviewsDeal Coordination and Execution (together with VP and MDs)Coordinate internally with business lines to ensure efficient deal executionSupport transaction processes from origination through closingEnsure high standards of quality, compliance, and timelinesClient Intelligence and StrategyDevelop a solid understanding of: Client strategy and business model and Industry dynamics and competitive positioningContribute to client plans, commercial strategy, and account reviewsInternal Coordination and Reporting (together with VP and MDs)Maintain accurate CRM updates (contacts, call reports, pipeline, shared goals)Track and analyze client profitability (NBI, capital allocation)Work closely with internal stakeholders across risk, product, and international teamsPositioning of the RoleActs as a bridge between Intern/Analyst and VPCombines:Execution and analytical depth and client interaction and commercial contributionProfile requiredStudies & experience:Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Finance, Economics, or related fieldAt least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, coverage (Corporate, Sovereign and/or FI), or investment bankingPreferably proven exposure to large corporates, sovereign entities or financial institution clientsLanguage skills:Fluency in TurkishExcellent command of English (written and spoken)Technical, operational & Soft skills:Strong understanding of Corporate banking products (loans, trade finance, markets solutions)Solid knowledge of credit analysisStrong client orientation and commercial mindsetSolid analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating in a team environmentComfortable operating in a fast-paced, international, matrix organizationWhy join usSociété Générale Türkiye is a multi-category bank offering every employee the possibility to have several careers in a professional career path.
