Responsibilitiesesponsibilities of the Role – Sr. Analyst, Covenant MonitoringManage client and stakeholder relationships, including building a strong working relationship with the Paris FIN team under the dual‑office model.Coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams such as Relationship Managers (RMs) and Middle Office (MO).Report and escalate client incidents and provide quick and satisfactory resolution to issues.Respond promptly to email queries, acknowledge messages even if resolution is pending, and keep stakeholders informed of delays.Follow up on contractual obligations under finance documents, including covenants, undertakings, triggers, ratios, and technical reports.Update covenant information in the covenant management system in coordination with SMO Risk Managers.Chase Loan Agents when required documents are not received within timelines.Validate the accuracy and conformity of information received against finance documentation.Check financial ratios against contractual thresholds and liaise with Risk Managers if breaches are identified.Deliver BAU activities as per agreed benchmarks and service levels.Monitor, report, and escalate errors and operational incidents.Track and resolve covenant occurrences within defined ageing norms, documenting valid reasons for delays.Update covenant system comments and exception trackers within stipulated timelines and discuss learnings during team stand‑ups.Identify data quality issues using system reports and propose corrective actions.Contribute to enhancements in the covenant management tool and suggest process improvements to the team manager.Participate in user acceptance testing for system or process changes.Ensure adherence to internal procedures, FBK norms, and regulatory requirements.Process all covenant occurrences accurately and consistently in line with Paris OPER/FIN/STR standards.Maintain complete and audit‑ready documentation at all times and ensure no critical audit findings.Escalate risks proactively to prevent financial or operational losses.Participate in resiliency and remote testing and share results with BCP teams.Learn the end‑to‑end process and support the team during critical situations.Profile requiredQualifications:Good academic backgroundGood understanding of financing and the loan life cycleKnowledge of credit riskAbilities / Skills Required:Strong customer service orientationLogical and structured approach to planning, problem solving, and decision‑makingAbility to work independently and manage own workload while collaborating with othersStrong communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade stakeholdersExcellent analytical skillsAbility to organize, prioritize work, and remain flexibleKnowledge of or exposure to target marketsGood negotiation and influencing skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet fixed deadlinesOut‑of‑the‑box thinking capabilityQuick understanding of upstream and downstream processWhy join usWe are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
