Are you looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience alongside your studies to challenge yourself in an international environment? Then join our Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance team at SIX, a leading financial market infrastructure provider serving the Swiss financial center.
As a Working Student, you will gain valuable insights into the day-to-day work of Enterprise Architecture and IT Governance while supporting communication initiatives, coordination activities, documentation, and operational processes. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to a wide range of topics at the intersection of business and IT. What You Will Do
- Contribute to communication initiatives related to Enterprise Architecture and prepare materials such as presentations, stakeholder maps, and communication frameworks
- Support operational processes in Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) including the maintenance and structure of data and documentation
- Prepare presentations by structuring data and translating it into visualizations and management summaries
- Organize internal events (e.g. Architecture Day and workshops)
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and participant alignment
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a structured way of working
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in English and German; Spanish is an advantage
