 Senior System Engineer (80 - 100%)

We are an international team of experts responsible for the operation, optimisation and continuous development of solutions for our colleagues, partners and customers. You will lead by example through hands-on engineering and collaboration across teams, while consistently demonstrating the SIX values of Customer Focus, Collaboration, Ownership and Trust.

What You Will Do

• Technical ownership for the operation and engineering of virtual privileged access workspaces (PAW)
• Integrate identity, authentication and security requirements
• Drive the evolution from client-hosted to a scalable, centralised solution on server hypervisors
• Participate in broader virtual workspace and remote access initiatives
• Support planned out-of-hours activities and participate in on-call rotations for major incidents

What You Bring

• Expert level experience with Citrix CVAD and NetScaler in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with hardened Windows 11 golden images, identity and authentication (e.g. IdPs, PKI, FAS, FIDO2)
• Exposure to PAW/PAM systems and/or Azure Virtual Desktop
• Fluent in English (verbal and written). German and/or Spanish is a plus
