Do you have a passion for digital marketing, data-driven decision making, and financial markets? As a Marketing Manager within the Digital Channels, CRM & Analytics team of our marketing section you will develop and implement marketing strategies for Deutsche Börse entities such as Deutsche Börse, Eurex, Eurex Clearing and Eurex Repo. With team members in Frankfurt, Chicago and Singapore, we are an international team that runs global marketing campaigns. You will work closely with product management, sales teams, subject matter experts, and marketing colleagues to strengthen digital visibility, improve customer engagement, and drive lead generation across key business initiatives.
Your responsibilities:
- Own and continuously optimize the Cash Market website presence across Deutsche Börse platforms.
- Support and further develop the Deutsche Börse Xetra and Deutsche Börse Frankfurt retail channels.
- Drive and coordinate SEO initiatives for Cash Markets in close collaboration with marketing colleagues and subject matter experts across Cash and Derivatives Markets.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce-based CRM activities, including lead management, customer journeys, conversion tracking, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Monitor, analyse, and report marketing performance using Power BI and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights and KPI reporting.
- Support quarterly, annual, and ad hoc marketing performance reviews through data analysis and reporting.
- Plan and execute customer satisfaction surveys and derive recommendations to improve client experience and engagement.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-driven marketing initiatives, tools, and processes.
- Explore, establish, and grow new digital channels and communities, including YouTube, Reddit, and other emerging platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Digital teams, and external partners to support business growth and digital engagement objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous development of Deutsche Börse Group's digital marketing, CRM, and analytics capabilities.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial markets, exchange products, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, content management systems, and digital customer journeys.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Interest in emerging technologies and AI-driven marketing applications.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in an international environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is considered an advantage.
