Within the Group Capital Steering (GCS) unit we are looking for a committed and proactive resource to join the team, supporting the Capital Plan and Actual Solvency Analysis activities.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Analyse the Group Own Funds development on actual closings and its projection for Capital Plan purposes, defining the methodology and implementing the supporting tools;
- Contribute, alongside with senior team members, to the related production of the Solvency Ratio roll-forward disclosure (internal, external and regulatory) for both actual closings and Group Capital Plan purposes, as well as to the Capital generation ongoing monitoring;
- Support quantitative and qualitative analysis on capital development of the Group and related KPIs, as well as on strategic initiatives (e.g. M&As).
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Actuarial, Economics, Finance or alike disciplines with a strong quantitative focus;
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in finance, risk management or actuarial;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Knowledge of Tagetik platform and /or AI supporting tools is considered a plus;
- Understanding of cross-functional topics (actuarial, accounting and financial) or strong willingness to learn;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Previous experience abroad (study and/or work) is preferred.
