Banca Generali is a leading private bank in Italy, offering its clients advanced and tailored financial planning solutions through a highly qualified distribution network.
The Commercial Communication unit ensures the coherent coordination and execution of all service and product communication activities addressed to the Distribution Network, verifying in advance that all materials comply with Group Corporate Identity guidelines.
The unit works in close collaboration with Distribution General Management and other corporate functions to ensure that communication initiatives effectively support business priorities and network needs.
The selected candidate will support the Commercial Communication team, contributing to the execution and optimization of communication initiatives addressed to the Distribution Network, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development, review, and distribution of commercial, service, and product communications for the Distribution Network
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Distribution, Marketing, Product, and other corporate functions) to ensure alignment of messaging with business priorities
- Support the validation process of communication materials, ensuring compliance with Group Corporate Identity guidelines and quality standards
- Assist in the development and enhancement of both traditional and digital communication tools and formats
- Coordinate with external suppliers and agencies involved in communication projects, supporting delivery timelines and content quality
- Provide operational support in the management of communication initiatives, monitoring activities and ensuring execution efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement of communication processes and tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics, Humanities, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in corporate communication, marketing, or similar roles (including internships)
- Strong interest in commercial and corporate communication within structured organizations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English
