At Generali, within the Insurance Division that includes countries all around the world, between Asia, South America, and Europe, we are looking for a highly motivated intern to support our Mergers & Acquisitions team.
The resource will have the opportunity to gain experience in the following activities:
- Support in the execution of extraordinary transactions in the Generali Group
- Participation in the main processes related to acquisitions and disposals
- Support to the Insurance M&A team in day-to-day project management activities i.e. – but not limited to:
- market scouting
- strategic/financial planning
- valuation model
- contracts review
- documents for internal committees
- Support for reporting and preparing effective PowerPoint presentations
- Degree in Economics/Statistics/engineering subjects
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

- Excellent listening and communication skills, also with foreign countries
- Ability to work independently and in multicultural team environment
- Excellent organizational and management skills
- Flexibility and proactivity
- Strong ability to create positive network and work in team
Nice to have:
- Previous international experience (also short)
