We are looking for a Service Asset Configuration Manager who will work within the Quality Management and Tools Configuration Unit in GOSP, responsible for governing and maintaining the organization's Configuration Management System (CMS) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring that IT assets, configuration items (CIs), and their relationships are accurately identified, controlled, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
The candidate will work inside an international team in the domain of Service Asset Configuration Management (ITIL 3)/ Service Configuration Management (ITIL 4), focusing on:
1. Requirement gathering, analysis and design of solutions based on ServiceNow platform to solve problems in the SACM/SCM domain
2. Housekeeping of the whole CMS (Configuration Management System) and the underlying CMDB (Configuration Management DB) with maintenance and improvement activities
3. Monitoring, Reporting and Quality attestation of the CMDB's content
4. Proposing and steering daily improvements in the CMS like but not limited to: usage of ServiceNow best practices instead of custom alternatives, adoption of new features in favor of old ones, evangelize colleagues to obtain the maximum value out of ServiceNow platform both for SACM/SCM disciplines and for cousins’ ones
5. Supporting the design of integrations between ServiceNow and other tools
6. Supporting the automated discovery of IT assets and services and maintaining service maps and application dependency models
7. Defining, initiating, managing and reporting about CMDB validation campaigns.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Requirement analysis and solution design on ServiceNow

What we Offer:
We offer employment at the VI level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 50K€ and 55K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
