Within GOSP – Generali Operations Service Platform, we are seeking an experienced MS Copilot Studio Specialist
Given the growing demand for enterprise AI agents and agentic automation solutions, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Copilot Studio agents in enterprise environments, with solid experience in integrating agents with business processes, data sources, workflows, and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for enterprise business scenarios.
- Translate business requirements into agent architectures, conversation flows, topics, actions, prompts, knowledge sources, and integrations.
- Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, security, compliance, and platform teams to identify, assess, and prioritize agent opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies, solution design assessments, and technical evaluations for agentic automation initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including solution design, architecture diagrams, process flows, test plans, release notes, and operational runbooks.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Copilot Studio agents to ensure reliability, usability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, generative AI, governance, and responsible AI best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation workflows, agents, and scripts using intelligent automation platforms and agentic AI capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, analyze processes, and deliver scalable automation solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for automation initiatives
- Develop and maintain project documentation (design specs, process flows, test plans)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows and automation agents
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and tools
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in intelligent automation, low-code development, conversational AI, or agentic automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio as the primary required skill.
- Strong knowledge of Copilot Studio topics, actions, generative answers, knowledge sources, authentication, environment strategy, and lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Understanding of governance, security, data protection, compliance, and responsible AI principles for enterprise agents.
- Good knowledge of process analysis, solution design, testing, release management, and documentation practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Copilot Studio agents across key project phases, from discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Good experience with generative AI and agentic solution patterns, including prompt design, knowledge-grounded conversational experiences, AI-assisted prototyping, and the use of agentic coding tools to support development, testing, documentation, and solution configuration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, Power Platform ALM, environment strategy, solution packaging, governance models, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices for enterprise agent deployments.
- Experience working in Agile delivery contexts within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT, security, compliance, and platform teams to shape agentic automation solutions.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-900, PL-500, PL-200, or equivalent Microsoft Copilot Studio-related learning paths are considered an advantage.
- Experience with UiPath, Power Automate RPA, or other automation technologies is considered a plus, especially when combined with Copilot Studio and Power Platform delivery experience.
What we Offer:
We offer employment at the V o VI level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 40K€ and 55K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
