Analyst MarketingOverview
The Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Analyst able to perform and manage all accounting and financial administrative related activities linked to the Marketing, funds.
Role & Responsibilities
- • Responsible for accounting management of all expenses, including contract process management with internal and external suppliers, invoicing and reporting of all related expenses, both for internal department control as well as for reporting into Finance
- • Following up on the planning & ensuring the correct usage, allocation, accuracy and reporting of funds within the different stakeholders, markets & sources and anticipating risks & opportunities
- • Direct coordination with agencies, internal customers and other service providers independently when applicable
- • Monitoring of administrative process behind marketing & business expenses (PO creation, appropriate classification)
- • Cost benchmarking among suppliers and advising solutions
- • Data privacy and legal: compliance check from a policy and procedure point of view
The ideal candidate should have:
- • Experience in budget management and control
- • Good communication and commercial skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationship with partners both internally and externally, at different levels
- • Strong analytical skills, structured approach and results oriented
- • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- • Be accurate in planning, organize and deal with the timing and the tasks of different projects the same time
- • Fluent in English
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or similar
